The African Food Company
The African Food Company (TAFC) is an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible organic banana plantation in Mozambique. This agricultural project was established in 2010 to meet the growing demand for premium organic bananas and uplift the local community through job creation, skills training and the introduction of new technology.
The organic plantation has been awarded a grant from the Dutch government Private Sector Investment (PSI) programme and a CPI approval from the Mozambique Investment Promotion Agency based on the environmental, commercial, socially responsible and sustainable nature of the agricultural project.
Our organic bananas are sold to the neighbouring country of South Africa, with plans to expand exports and opportunities for investors.
